FuelPick ("the Service") is a free fuel price comparison website operated by The AI Accelerator Pty Ltd (trading as Fuel Pick) ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service at fuelpick.com, you agree to these Terms of Use.

FuelPick is provided as a free public information service. No account or registration is required.

2. Data Accuracy — Important Disclaimers

FuelPick aggregates fuel price data from government sources including NSW FuelCheck, QLD Fuel Prices, and WA FuelWatch.

Please note:

  • Prices displayed are indicative only and may differ from the actual price at the pump due to data delays, station-initiated changes, or source inaccuracies.
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information displayed.
  • Always confirm the price at the station before filling up.
  • Coverage is currently limited to NSW, WA, and TAS, with QLD coming soon. States without mandatory price reporting (VIC, SA, ACT, NT) are not covered.

Prices are indicative only and may differ from the price at the pump. Data is sourced from NSW FuelCheck, QLD Fuel Prices, and WA FuelWatch government APIs.

The Service, including AI-generated predictions, price cycle analysis, savings estimates, trip fuel planning, and the AI Fuel Advisor, is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, motoring, or other professional advice. You should not rely solely on FuelPick when making purchasing or travel decisions.

Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

FuelPick is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any Australian state or federal government department.

8. ACCC Compliance

FuelPick operates in compliance with ACCC guidelines regarding fuel price transparency. We aggregate publicly available government data to promote consumer awareness and do not engage in, facilitate, or condone price fixing, market manipulation, or anti-competitive conduct.

9. Service Availability

FuelPick is a free service provided on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice or liability.
